All reservations are subject to a $50 cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy - 30 days prior to arrival
A $25 processing fee is incured on cancellations.
Pet Fee for Nightly/Weekly Guests: $15 per night or a maximum of $75. Per fee for Monthly Guests: $75 per month up to 2 pets,
or a maximum of $150 for two or more months.

Plan ahead, and you can easily submit payments monthly until your vacation arrives. We make this easy by offering you a choice of
charging your debit or credit card for installment payments, or billing you
monthly to be paid by a
check. When it is time for your vacation,
all you need to worry about is having fun in the sun!!!
Vacation must be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival.
$300 deposit is due at the time of the booking.
There is no refund of monies paid on layaway plans,
but reservations can be rebooked for up to one year of arrival date. |
