About

One King bed in the primary bedroom and two Full beds in the guest bedroom. There is also a Sleeper Sofa in the living room allowing this unit to sleep up to 8 people. There is a 55" TV in the living room and 32" TVs in both bedrooms. This unit also includes a blender, crock pot, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower. No pets allowed as per owner. All of our condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). There is an initial flight of stairs to enter the condo. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for rentals. Our minimum age to rent is 25.
