About

Two Queen beds, one being a DP (Deep Pocket), in the bedroom upstairs and a Sleeper Sofa in the living room allow the unit to sleep up to 6 people. There is a 50" TV in the living room and a 32" TV in the bedroom. This unit also includes a DVD player, radio/CD player, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer and dryer rack. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Only one dog is preferred as per owner. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of our condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for rentals. Our minimum age to rent is 25.

This apartment is very cozy, it has everything I need. Equipped kitchen and new, well-maintained furniture. We love staying on the sofa bed and armchairs to relax. The perfect size for my family.

The perfect place for a family reunion, engagement, vowel renew or just a family vacation. Spacious court yard, beautiful beach and pool. The grill area is a plus as well. Love this place, we come back every year!

Loved this condo and Seaspray! The condo was clean, had all the amenities and was very comfortable. Loved the location of the condo, the patio looked out to the beautiful green lawn, was a quick walk to the pool and beach and more than enough parking right in front of the condo. Seaspray keeps the grounds beautiful. Loved the beach and the pool, fun to go between both of them depending on the weather. We return every year for our beach vacation!
