About

Two Queen beds, one being a DP (Deep Pocket), in the bedroom upstairs and a Sleeper Sofa in the living room allow the unit to sleep up to 6 people. There is a 50" TV in the living room and a 32" TV in the bedroom. This unit also includes a DVD player, radio/CD player, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, outdoor grill, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer and dryer rack. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Only one dog is preferred as per owner. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of our condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). Our minimum age to rent is 25.

Loved this condo and Seaspray! The condo was clean, had all the amenities and was very comfortable. Loved the location of the condo, the patio looked out to the beautiful green lawn, was a quick walk to the pool and beach and more than enough parking right in front of the condo. Seaspray keeps the grounds beautiful. Loved the beach and the pool, fun to go between both of them depending on the weather. We return every year for our beach vacation!
