About
Two Queen DP (Deep Pocket) beds in the bedroom upstairs and a Sleeper Sofa in the living room sleep up to 6 people. There is a 43" TV in the living room and a 32" TV in the bedroom. This unit also includes a blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, toaster, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer and dryer rack. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Dogs and cats only. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for rentals. Our minimum age to rent is 25.

We come here every year. We love this apartment. Spacious, clean and right in front of the beach. Beautiful and affordable place to stay!
I had the pleasure of experiencing this wonderful place along with the owner and friend of apartment 104A. This apartment is modern and fully equipped, it has an extra beach chair and umbrella, toys for the children so they don't need to worry about anything.
