About
Two King DP (Deep Pocket) beds in the bedroom upstairs and a Futon in the living room sleep up to 6 people. There is a 55" TV in the living room and a 40" TV in the bedroom. This unit also includes a DVD player, blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer and dryer rack. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Dogs and declawed cats only. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for rentals. Our minimum age to rent is 25.

The condo was very nice clean and comfortable. We are considering renting a unit again this fall. Seaspray has a great family atmosphere and we loved it.

We love Seaspray and cannot wait to come back!
This unit is absolutely awesome, very clean and the Seaspray staff is top notch too! We loved the 2 king sized memory foam mattresses. The kitchen has all new state of the art appliances and it is located directly by the pool and shuffleboard court. The memory foam mattress in the hideaway downstairs is surprisingly comfortable! Can't wait to come again!!!
