About
One Queen DP (Deep Pocket) and Full DP bed in the bedroom upstairs, as well as a Sleeper Sofa in the living room, sleep up to 6 people. There is a 58" TV in the living room and a 32" TV in the bedroom. This unit also includes a radio/CD player, blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer and dryer rack. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Dogs and cats only. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for rentals. Our minimum age to rent is 25.

Pattie and I come visit her many times during the year. Its one if not the place we love the most..
we love the seaspray! from check in greeting to check out, you couldn’t ask for friendlier staff. they are so many things for children and families to do, it’s close to the beach. The condo we rent is always clean. this is our second year staying at the sea spray and we love it and will we be back next year and we are bring another whole family with us.
