About
One King bed in the primary bedroom and two Full beds in the guest bedroom. The living room also has a Sleeper Sofa allowing this unit to sleep up to 8 people. There is a 55" TV in the living room and 40" TVs in both bedrooms. This unit also includes a DVD player, radio/CD player, blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Dogs and declawed cats only. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). There is an initial flight of stairs to enter the condo. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for rentals. Our minimum age to rent is 25.

Took my mother, husband, niece (10) and two daughters (3 & 7). We had an amazing visit! The condo was equipped with all amenities that we needed as a group of 6 with adequate space for everyone. The court yard was beautifully manicured, the girls were able to play independently while I watched from the balcony. The pool was excellently maintained and clean. All while being a short walk to the ocean! It felt like a private oasis while still being very close to various attractions and amazing food. We can’t wait to come back!
