About
One King DP bed (Deep Pocket) in the primary bedroom and two Full DP beds in the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and blackout curtains. The living room also has a Queen Sleeper Sofa, allowing this unit to sleep up to 6 people. The living room also has blackout curtains. There is a 55" Smart TV in the living room, 55" Smart TV in the guest room and a 32" Smart TV in the primary bedroom. This unit also includes a blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. The primary bathroom and guest bathroom both have a walk-in shower. No pets allowed as per owner. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). There is an initial flight of stairs to enter the condo. Our minimum age to rent is 25.

Nicely updated rooms. Surprisingly comfortable sofa bed! Prices are comparable to other local condos with similar or better amenities. We rented the clubhouse to use as a family gathering spot and that will keep us coming back to Seaspray for our annual family reunion.
