About

One King bed in the primary bedroom and two Full beds in the guest bedroom. There is also a Sleeper Sofa in the living room allowing this unit to sleep up to 8 people. There is a 48" TV in the living room and 32" TVs both bedrooms. This unit also includes a radio/CD player, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. No pets allowed as per owner. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). There is an initial flight of stairs to enter the condo. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for rentals. Our minimum age to rent is 25.

Everyone at Seaspray were kind and helpful! They went out of their way to ensure my groceries were in the condo for us when we arrived on Christmas Eve. Our kids loved how close they were to the beach and how warm the pool!! Thank you for making our Christmas present to our family a great one!

Loved our stay, our condo and how close we were to everything! Amazed at how family-oriented this place is! Kids of all ages were playing everywhere! And we are Booking again for the same time next year! There were some things we wanted to do, but ran out of time!
