About
One King bed in the primary bedroom and two Queen beds, one of which is a Murphy bed, in the guest bedroom. The living room also has a Sleeper Sofa allowing this unit to sleep up to 8 guests. There is a 65" TV in the living room, a 42" TV in the primary bedroom and a 48" TV in the guest bedroom. The unit also includes a blender, crock pot, two hand mixers, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers, dryer rack and pack-n-play. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Dogs only. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). There is an initial flight of stairs to enter the condo. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for rentals. Our minimum age to rent is 25.

We spend a wonderful week at Seaspray! Unit 204D was absolutely spotless when we arrived! The decor and comfort was beyond compare!! 4 adults and 3 children with plenty of room to spare! The Murphy bed in the second bedroom was a perfect addition!! Thanks so much! We will be back!!

We have been visiting Seaspray for nearly a decade and this has been our favorite condo/unit yet! So spacious and comfortable. Thank you so much for sharing your space. We can't wait to return next year!!
I took my family, which included 2 grandchildren, ages 4 and 1, to the beach. We loved staying at sea spray condo room 204 D. It was a great location to the pool and the beach. Love having the playground, too. The condo had everything we needed. Great time with family and relaxing. The condo was clean and well kept. We hope to go back!!
