About
One King bed in the primary bedroom and two Queen beds in the guest bedroom. The living room also has a Sleeper Sofa allowing this unit to sleep up to 8 people. There is a 46" TV in the living room and 32" TVs in both bedrooms. This unit also includes a DVD player, blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers. No pets allowed as per owner. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). There is an initial flight of stairs to enter the condo. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for rentals. Our minimum age to rent is 25.

We stayed here five nights with our family of 8 and it was WONDERFUL! A lovely kitchen to cook in and perfect access to the pool and playground as well as being very close to the beach! We hope to go back someday soon!

The grounds were beautiful and kept perfectly. The condo was comfortable, nice view, and a very short walk to beach. It was beautifully decorated, with everything we needed. Nice TV's in every room, nice new appliances in the beautiful kitchen. Unit 216-C was exceptionally comfortable and beautiful!
First time staying in Ft Walton. Seaspray is perfect! 5 days of great weather, great food and a gorgeous condo. It had everything we needed. The pool was amazing! So relaxing! Couldn't ask for anything more. Can't wait to come back!
