One Queen bed and one Full bed in the bedroom upstairs. The living room also has a Sleeper Sofa allowing this unit to sleep up to 6 people. There is a 42" TV in the living room and a 38" TV in the bedroom. This unit also includes two DVD players, blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer and dryer rack. There is a half bath downstairs and the bathroom upstairs has a tub/shower combo. Dogs and declawed cats only. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). Our minimum age to rent is 25.
